AIRRDB indexes 2.1 billion human antibody sequences from public AIRR-Seq studies. Researchers query it by CDR-H3 — the most diverse loop of the antibody binding site — and get back hits with controlled mismatch tolerance, in standard AIRR-TSV or VDJfasta export formats.
Average response time per query: under one second. That makes the database usable for interactive workflows — comparing a candidate antibody against the global repertoire while you design it, not in an overnight batch.
